Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales and Hire Manager is responsible for building, managing and promoting the Thomson’s Suits hire brand and along with being part of the wider sales team and delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.
The position is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm, with one Saturday off per month. An attractive staff discount is offered along with training on the latest men’s fashion trends.
To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding interpersonal communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile for every customer.
Impeccable personal presentation with a high attention to detail is necessary to maintain the look and feel of the store. Ideally you will have a background in retail and customer service, however a genuine enjoyment of sales is what is essential in this role.
